Illustrative case study for demonstration purposes.
The challenge
A computer science graduate applying for an international internship needed to prove her degree, transcripts and a short-course certificate. Paper verification would have taken weeks.
The solution
Her university issued her degree as a verifiable credential, which she stored in her UbuntuID Wallet alongside her course certificate. She shared a secure, time-limited link with the recruiter.
The result
The employer verified everything instantly and moved her straight to the technical interview. She received an offer within ten days.
